Trip update and return....

First of all, I forgot to mention what we did with our day in Missoula/Jellystone. Before it reached the nearly unbearable 95 degrees... we went to the Farmer's Market. We bought fresh mixed salad leaves, fingerling carrots, yummy strawberries, a cookie for hungry Caleb, and fresh squeezed before your very eyes lemonade. All very good. Also, since the Farmer's Market was so close, we walked over to the Historic Carousel and we all got on for a little ride. This was followed up with a little work out the wiggles time at a big playground called "Dragon's Hollow".

Then it was back to Jellystone for naps for Joshy, during which time, Caleb and Daddy were able to sneak away and play mini-golf and try to find the Elk Foundation. After all that, when the air conditioner couldn't keep up with the heat, Daddy came back and we all went out. I found the Elk Foundation which was a big treat for Daddy.

Second, on the catch up. Caleb had a really good time at the city waterslides, although most were a little "big" for him.. and there was a conspicuously absent hot tub.

Ok, that was catch up.

We spent Tuesday morning again in the pools at the campground in Moses Lake. Joshy was truly enamored with the mini-waterslides. He couldn't run up to the top again fast enough for another ride. The pools/waterslides almost made up for the lack of privacy, trees, and fire pit at the actual campsite. After we got out of the pools, it was time for a little wiggle work out on the playground before we jumped in the truck and headed for home.

We made it home safe and uneventfully. We chatted with Grammy Dahl, Papa Dahl and Charlotte when we stopped at the club to get my car.

I'm downloading pictures as I type... they are coming soon. The hard part will be selecting which to post.
